During the signup process, users will need to enter their business address for e911 validation. If we are unable to validate the address that was entered, you will receive the follow you error message: "Can't Validate Address."

- If you still receive the error message, contact 8x8 Sales by calling 1-866-879-8647. Press option 1, then option 2.
There are a few potential reasons for the error message:
- Address that was entered was incorrect to such a degree that potential match could not be found.
- A temporary error in the verification system.
