Known Issues

  • Linksys EA Series devices have issues with NAT functionality when multiple phones are on the network. This will cause problems with misrouting of calls, device connectivity, and dropped calls. This is specific to lines without SRTP enabled. This behavior has been observed on all firmware revisions higher than 1.1.7.180968.
  • For lines without SRTP enabled, setting the local SIP ports to unique port assignments will mitigate this issue, but it is not a long term solution.
  • These devices will work fine with only one phone.
