Unable To Receive Inbound Calls Notifications On 8x8 Work Mobile App
Objective
Calls are not coming through to 8x8 Work mobile app

Procedure
Login into 8x8 Work Mobile App
- Tap the profile image icon in the header to open your Profile screen.
- Ensure your Status is not set on DND
- Check Mute notification is not ON which block incoming notifications temporarily.
- Ensure Business hours are scheduled as per user working hours as calls will not offer to the user if Business hours are set incorrectly
- You can also turn off Business hours
