When using the Fuze Mobile app, incoming calls do not ring.

If your calls are not ringing on your Fuze Mobile app, or calls are not ringing on Fuze Mobile but are continuing to ring on your other devices (Fuze Desktop, desk phone, etc.), sign out of the Fuze Mobile app then sign in again. This will reregister your Fuze Mobile app, which can become unregistered after long periods of inactivity (typically more than 3 days).
If your calls still don't ring, reach out to your administrator for additional support.
