Adding Switchboard Scripts in Account Manager

Add a script that appears for Switchboard users to guide them when answering a call


Applies To

Switchboard on the Legacy Account Manager platform.


  1. Sign in to Account Manager
  2. Click on 'Phone System' > 'Switchboard > 'View' button in the 'Scripts' box
  3. Click on 'Select Phone Number' 
  4. Click 'Select' next to the inbound number needs the script displayed
  5. Enter the text to be displayed in the 'Script' box
  6. Click on the green '+'
  7. Click on the 'Save' button on the bottom of the page.
