Understanding CallerID value presented
VCC Agent blind transferred calls to non-VCC agent destinations will not display Original callers Caller ID to transfer target (only displays the VCC tenant CLID).
Transferring a call within VCC to an outside source will not send the originating caller ID of the person who originally called into a call queue but instead will send the caller ID of the VCC tenant.
This is by design.
The workaround is to perform warm transfers and relay the information to the transferred party.
The customers account manager can submit an enhancement request to the developers if this change is feasible in future releases.
