For a brief period of time on the morning of Friday, November 30, 2018, some users attempting to access their 8x8 services were unable to connect or log in. When attempting to log in, users received an error saying, "Whitelabel error page."
This issue was resolved once at 10:24 a.m. Pacific Time, then re-occurred for a limited number of users briefly shortly after 11:30 a.m. Pacific Time. As of now, access to web-based services has been restored to all users.
