On 3/13/2020, 6:30 p.m. - 3/14/2020 12:30 a.m. Pacific Time, the Customer Portal (My 8x8) was inaccessible during upgrade maintenance to introduce a redesigned user experience. This impacted access to online case management, billing options, and online ordering for certain customers. See details below.

  • 8x8 Virtual Office Classic customers (web cases)*
  • 8x8 Virtual Contact Center customers (web cases)*
  • 8x8 ContactNow customers (web cases)

*except customers of wholesale resellers, who do not normally have access to the 8x8 Customer Portal


This maintenance and testing were completed, and the Customer Portal was made available on Saturday, 3/14/20, 12:30 am PDT (7:30 a.m. UTC).
