Since the outbreak of Covid-19; 8x8 has observed increasingly high traffic levels and has taken steps to meet this demand. This has also increased demands on both fixed incumbent networks (landlines/connectivity) and mobile telephony providers. In some cases, this has caused degradation of quality over those networks or even caused some calls to not reach 8x8 services for completion.
