2020-04-15: Performance Issue on Virtual Contact Center intermittently impacting international outbound calls

Issue

8x8 are receiving some reports of intermittent international outbound call failures from some VCC customers. 

Inbound calls are not affected.

Status

The issue is now resolved. 8x8 operations teams are investigating root cause. If for any reason you are still encountering difficulties making outbound calls from VCC after 08:37 BST time, please contact our technical support team for further assistance.
