We have received reports that users are unable to accept calls when using Virtual Office Mobile.
Users receive an alert for an inbound call but are unable to accept or decline, outbound calls are fine, however.
This is affecting Virtual Office Mobile only for customers in the UK if they are also logged into VOD (Virtual Office Desktop)
This issue is now resolved. Virtual Office Mobile call functionality has been restored.
