On 7/11/20 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time, the NA1 cluster will have 4-hour downtime in order to complete critical maintenance. The following services will unavailable during this window:
- Contact Center login
- Processing/queuing transactions (chats, emails, phone calls)
- Contact Center API access
Inbound callers to your Contact Center will receive a maintenance message and be asked to call back later.
