2020-06-11: 8/8/20 NA1 8x8 Contact Center Maintenance

Issue

On 8/8/20 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time, the NA1 cluster will have 4-hour downtime in order to complete critical maintenance. The following services will unavailable during this window:

  • Contact Center login
  • Processing/queuing transactions (chats, emails, phone calls)
  • Contact Center API access 

Inbound callers to your Contact Center will receive a maintenance message and be asked to call back later.
