8x8 Contact Center users are currently experiencing issues viewing information in Google Chrome browser after updating to Chrome version 84. (Other versions of Chrome and other supported browsers are not affected.)
At the moment, this appears to affect:
- Agent Console
- Agent Monitoring
- Historical Reports
- Contact Center CRM
Inbound/outbound calling is not impacted.
- 8x8 Contact Center
- Google Chrome (ver 84)
This issue is now resolved. The latest update of 8x8 Contact Center addressed this issue.
