2021-02-02: Agents cannot log into VCC (Virtual Contact Center)

 

Issue

We are currently receiving customer reports advising that agents cannot log into VCC AGUI.

While trying to login to VCC AGUI, the following message is being displayed: "Your account is not setup to login from this URL".
