2021-02-16: VCC calls not routing through IVR [RESOLVED]

 

Issue

Some customers experienced one or more of the following Contact Center issues:

  • inbound calls not routing through IVRs to agents correctly
  • dead air (silence) on correctly routed calls
  • agents unable to make outbound calls or being placed on break/working offline
  • 800 numbers not working
  • dropped calls or silence on outbound calls

Applies To

  • 8x8 Contact Center (VCC)
