How to Find Contract Date


Find the service contract date to know when 8x8 services began. 8x8 Admin Console users can find the information in My 8x8, while legacy users can locate this information in Account Manager. 

Applies To

  • All account types 


My 8x8 

  1. Log in to My 8x8.
  2. Click on the Orders tab
  3. The contract date is the oldest order date presented.

Account Manager 

  1. Log in to Account Manager
  2. Click on the Orders tab
  3. In Check Order Status enter the current date in the second date field and click searchScreen Shot 2019-08-09 at 12.07.02 PM.png
  4. The contract date is the original order date that begins with the prefix C. Screen Shot 2019-08-09 at 12.07.21 PM.png
