Calling Plans
Unlimited Extension
Our most popular extension service for 8x8 Work. Get unlimited calling to the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom. An unlimited extension includes unlimited worldwide network calls with any 8x8 customer, business-class voicemail and a unique direct inbound dial (DID) telephone number. Calls to mobile phones, premium, special, and information service numbers are not included in the unlimited international destinations. SMS available in the US only.
Metered Extension
Similar to our Unlimited Extension plan, differing only in price and the minutes included. The Metered Extension plan offers unlimited inbound calling, unlimited calling to and from any 8x8 extension, 250 minutes of outbound calling to the US and Canada, + 2.9 cents a minute thereafter, and any international tolls.
Note: The Metered Extension plan is not available in Australia/New Zealand. SMS is not included with Metered Extension plans.
Global Plus Extension
This is just like our Unlimited Extension with the additional benefit of unlimited calls to select international locations. Calls to premium, special and information service numbers are not included.
