Halfords Support Process Guidelines For VCC & VO


Who are allowed to raise cases with us directly from Halfords 

Applies To

  • Virtual Office 
  • Virtual Contact Center  (use by Halfords Support Centre and their child company Tyres on the Drive


Halfords cases will come through by their Service Desk only 



The following contacts from Tyres on the Drive are authorised to raise cases with 8x8. These contacts will not triage via the Halfords Service Desk, they will triage internally and raise cases to 8x8 directly.
