Please ask end-user to report their phone system issues to their Haforlds Service Desk

We only accept those VO cases which raised by Halfords Service Desk 
If you see any Auto Centre/ Store cases raised by somebody else, mark it as invalid and email them that they have to raise the case via Service Desk Profile
