How do I manage my 8x8 promotional email preferences?
Objective
Elect to receive or unsubscribe from 8x8 promotional emails, including:
- Webinars, Events, Whitepapers, Case Studies
- Product, Promotions, Program Updates
- 8x8 Newsletters
Note for Current 8x8 Customers: This will not impact notifications about support cases, maintenance, or other service-impacting information.
Applies To
- Anyone who receives (or wishes to receive) 8x8 promotional/marketing emails
- Current or former 8x8 customers/users
- Current or former prospective 8x8 customers
Procedure
- Visit the 8x8 Email Subscription Preference Center page at https://go.8x8.com/Manage_Your_Email_Preferences.html.
- Complete the information fields, making sure to include the email address you want to subscribe or unsubscribe.
- Check the appropriate boxes to either subscribe or unsubscribe for all or specific types of messaging.
- Click Update My Preferences.

We are aware that some users who received messages from 8x8 and attempted to unsubscribe in March 2019 continued to receive emails afterward. The mechanism on the Email Subscription Preference Center page has been adjusted as of 3/13/19.
