Due to a system error, some 8x8 customers' credit cards were not charged for one or more months between April and August 2020. This occurred following an update of the cards in our systems via the 8x8 Support Portal (My 8x8) Billing section. We have since resolved the system error, and the correction will be applied as a credit card charge to affected customers for the full outstanding amounts the week of 9/14/20.
Impacted customers were notified on 9/2/20, via an email with subject: Important Information About Your 8x8 X Series Account! (From: The 8x8 Billing Team <email@example.com>)
