How do I check the status of my order?

Objective

Finding order information within your support portal, or in Account Manager (legacy), including any tracking numbers.

Procedure

Configuration Manager

  1. Log in to your 8x8 Application Panel.
  2. Select My 8x8.
  3. Select Orders.

Account Manager

  1. Log in to your 8x8 Application Panel.
  2. Click Account Manager.
  3. Click Orders tab.
  4. Enter your chosen dates to search between, if your order falls outside of the 90-day default search.
  5. Click Search.
