How do I check the status of my order?
Objective
Finding order information within the 8x8 Support Portal or in Account Manager (legacy), including any tracking numbers.

Procedure
8x8 Support Portal
- Log in to your 8x8 Application Panel.
- Select My 8x8.
- Select Orders.
Account Manager
- Log in to your 8x8 Application Panel.
- Click Account Manager.
- Click Orders tab.
- Enter your chosen dates to search between, if your order falls outside of the 90-day default search.
- Click Search.
