The My 8x8 application is missing on the application panel and I am an admin.
- Account Management
- 8x8 Support Portal (My 8x8)
- Log in to your 8x8 Application Panel.
- Select 8x8 Admin Console.
- Select your initials at the top right corner of the page and select Contact Support.
- This will trigger a new window that will take you into My 8x8.
The My 8x8 application may be tied to the initial Primary Username. If the primary username is changed, it can cause the My 8x8 application to no longer be visible.
