Updating Your Credit Card in the 8x8 Customer Portal

Note: To change the credit card on your account in Account Manager, the legacy version of Virtual Office Configuration Manager, click here.

Objective 

To update a credit card in the 8x8 Customer Portal. 

Applies To

  • Configuration Manager 
  • Billing
  • 8x8 Customer Portal

Procedure

  1. Log in to your 8x8 Application Panel.
  2. Click My 8x8.
  3. Click Payment Methods in the top navigation bar.

  4. Click Add Payment Method.
  5. Click Add Credit Card.Screen Shot 2020-07-02 at 4.22.11 PM.png
  6. Enter your credit card information.
  7. Click Validate and Save.

Additional Information 

Configuration Manager users can also view their billing online in the Customer Portal.
