Updating Your Credit Card in the 8x8 Support Portal
Note: To change the credit card on your account in Account Manager, the legacy version of 8x8 Admin Console, click here.
Objective
To update a credit card in the 8x8 Customer Portal.

Procedure
- Log in to your 8x8 Application Panel.
- Click My 8x8.
- Click Payment Methods in the top navigation bar.
- Click Add Payment Method.
- Click Add Credit Card.
- Enter your credit card information.
- Click Validate and Save.
Additional Information
Admin Console users can also view their billing online in the Customer Portal.
