Unable to Remove Credit Card or ACH from the 8x8 Customer Support Portal

Symptom

When you log into 8x8 Customer Support Portal as a Configuration Manager account admin, you are not able to delete your credit card or bank information from the Billing tabs in the web portal. Also, you may have all Payment Methods selected as Primary.
