Unable to Remove Credit Card or ACH from the Support Portal

Symptom

When you log in to the Support portal as an Virtual Office Configuration Manager account admin, you are not able to delete your credit card or bank information from the Billing tabs in the web portal. Also, you may have all Payment Methods selected as Primary.
