Past Due Notifications
Prior to assessment of late fee:
- You will receive an email on the first business day after the current billing date.
- You will receive a second email in the second week of the current billing period.
- You will receive a third and final email, along with a phone call the third week of the current billing period (prior to the 15th of the month).
We may also attempt to bill your card mid-week, and if the card is declined, you will receive an email at that time as well.
Note: If you pay your bill or update your payment information any time during the notification period, additional notifications will not be sent.
