Checking Order Status and Order Invoices in My8x8
Finding order status, shipping status, tracking IDs, and order invoices within the 8x8 Support Portal or Account Manager (legacy).

8x8 Support Portal
- Log in to your 8x8 Application Panel.
- Select My 8x8.
- Select Orders.
- Here you can view the Order Number, Order Status, Shipping Status, Tracking ID, and Order Date.
- To view the Order Invoice, select View Order Detail. The invoice will open in a separate browser tab. A sample invoice is shown below.
