Updating Your Credit Card in the 8x8 Support Portal

Objective
To update a credit card in the 8x8 Customer Portal.

Procedure
- Log in to your 8x8 Application Panel.
- Click My 8x8.
- Click Payment Methods in the top navigation bar.
- Click Add Payment Method.
- Click Add Credit Card.
- Enter your credit card information.
- Click Validate and Save.
To do a One Time Payment
Please walk the customer through making a one-time payment via 8x8 Support Portal (My 8x8), or through the Account Manager.
As long as they do not select the card as being the Primary Payment Method or Default Payment Method, the customer can do a one-time payment.
Provide the customer the appropriate public-facing article on updating their payment method.

Admin Console users can also view their billing online in the Customer Portal.
