Objective
How to port International Numbers
What's required to move forward with the port request:
- Country-specific LOAs
- Most recent copy of bill (within 30 days)
- Temporary placeholders required
- Mapping document (Click for example.)
- Consult with the assigned porting agent for any additional requirement.
Important: Not all numbers are portable, and not all countries offer portability. Portability in each country is determined in part by government regulation or restrictions, and which carriers have interconnect agreements in place to facilitate number portability. While verifying portability is an important first step in the process, it does not guarantee that the losing carrier will agree to release the numbers. In addition, service agreements (and therefore portability) are subject to change. 8x8 will only be certain of portability once a firm order commitment (FOC) is received.

All level 6 (+65 6xxx xxxx) numbers are portable in Singapore. Carriers require full range porting, so single numbers are often rejected for additional numbers.
