Procedure

In order to better assist our customers, support teams need to gather information prior  to transferring to the lnp team. Most questions can be

 

Phone Transfers

All phone transfers from support should be performed via a warm transfer 

Before transferring, you must also have the following information, the LNP agent will not accept the transfer if you do not provide this information

Chat Transfers

Before transferring a customer
