Page Goes Blank When Submitting a Number Transfer Request


When submitting a Number Transfer request, the screen will randomly go blank.

Applies To

  • Number Transfer Request
  • Configuration Manager


  1. Reload the page.
  2. Restart the number transfer request process as normal.
  3. When when you get to the phone numbers to port: 
    • Do not use the Tab key to separate numbers.
    • If you are copying from an excel spreadsheet or CSV, paste the number unformatted in a notepad (Control +shift +V), then copy that from the notepad back into the phone numbers to port section
