Page Goes Blank When Submitting a Number Transfer Request
Symptom
When submitting a Number Transfer request, the screen will randomly go blank.
Applies To
- Number Transfer Request
- Configuration Manager
Resolution
- Reload the page.
- Restart the number transfer request process as normal.
- When when you get to the phone numbers to port:
- Do not use the Tab key to separate numbers.
- If you are copying from an excel spreadsheet or CSV, paste the number unformatted in a notepad (Control +shift +V), then copy that from the notepad back into the phone numbers to port section
