Port-in DID does not automatically replace temp DID in Admin Console

Recently port-in DID to 8x8 does not replace temporary DID


1. Check port-in DID in SMP Diagnostic Tool.

2. If DID is ported in (record in DMS) then continue; else, contact LNP to assist

3. If DID has RELEASE option, select it; else, escalate to GAS

4. If RELEASE used refresh AC page and check DID.


Possible activation fail on day of port-in to 8x8 or DID maybe stuck in the backend of system.
