LNP Port Delay for US Numbers for 02/16/21 - 2/19/21



Due to weather-related issues, US customers may have delays in porting numbers.

Our underlying carriers have recovered from the weather related outages, however due to influx of port orders during the outage period, port orders may experience an added delay in processing and completion

Submitting Port Requests

All issues with submitting port requests have been resolved, port requests can be submitted as normal through the Admin Console or Account Manager

Port Requests That Are Currently Processing

Port requests that are currently processing may experience an added delay, you will receive an email once we have confirmed a port date.

Port Requests Scheduled to Complete

Port requests scheduled to complete from 2/16 to 2/19 have been completed.
