As of 10/5/19, Philippines numbers with the format 63 2 XXX XXXX will change to 63 2 8 XXX XXXX. The number change migration will take place between 9:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. Pacific Time.

All incoming international calls where the dialed number is in the old 7-digit format will hear a recording informing the caller to dial the new 8-digit format. The recording will play for three months (until 1/5/20) after the number migration.
