8x8 has temporarily paused scheduled upgrades to Contact Center version 9.13. Customers will be notified when their platform will be upgraded once a new schedule is determined.

Details

The rollout of Contact Center 9.13 has been paused until 9/7/21. Customers have received an email notification of a canceled upgrade. Customers will be notified when their platform will be upgraded once a new schedule is determined, and receive a notification about your upgrade 7 days prior to the date.
