Discontinuation of GTT as a Private Connectivity Circuit Provider

Overview

Price increases from specific vendors prevent 8x8 from offering private circuit service at a reasonable price. As a result, 8x8 and Fuze will no longer provide circuits through GTT Communications. We will continue to work with other providers to offer this service.

Applies To

  • Circuits ordered by 8x8 or Fuze through GTT on behalf of users for connectivity into a Data Center
  • End of Sale applies to current and new 8x8 and Fuze users

Next Steps

  • 8x8 will work with users to find alternate providers or services that meet users' requirements with little or no interruption in service.
  • Current users who are affected by this change will be contacted to discuss how this affects their service.
