Virtual Number not connecting to destination


When calling main virtual number the caller experiences dead air, the call does not connect or gives error message "no routes found" when called from inside 8x8.

Usually virtual numbers can experience disruption from the destination. A simple toggling of the destination can solve the issue.

1. Find Virtual Number

2. Click "Edit"

3. Change destination

4. Save

5. Select again original destination

6. Save
