How to Submit Product Enhancement Request

 

Overview

Have a suggestion that could make our 8x8 products and tools better? You can submit product enhancement request through 8x8 Work Desktop, 8x8 Work Mobile, 8x8 Contact Center and Admin Console. We appreciate user feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Please note that the feedback form simply provides feedback to 8x8. If you need support for an issue you are experiencing, please create a case with 8x8 Technical Support.

Submitting a product enhancement request in 8x8 Work Desktop

  1. While logged in to 8x8 Work Desktop, click Help.

  2. Click Send FeedbackNote: Does your 8x8 Work Desktop look different from the image below? Download the most recent version of 8x8 Work Desktop for PC (Windows) or Mac (OS X). Go to 8x8 Work Settings and check the box next to Switch to New Experience.
  3. When you're done, click Submit and wait for the application to send the feedback.

  4. Once the request has been submitted, the window will close automatically. 

Submitting a product enhancement request in Work for Mobile 

In the screenshots below, we are using 8x8 Work Mobile on an iPhone.

  1. In 8x8 Work Mobile, you can simply shake your device and tap Send Feedback.

  1. You can also reach the feedback form by tapping the More Options icon > Feedback.

Please note that the feedback form simply provides feedback to 8x8. If you need support for an issue you are experiencing, you can get to the Support site through the 8x8 Work Desktop Help menu. While logged in to 8x8 Work Desktop, go to Help > Support. This will take you to the 8x8 Support Knowledge Base. From here you can search for information on the issue you are experiencing. If you cannot find what you are looking for, or need additional help, you can click Get Support and create a case online.

Submitting a product enhancement request in 8x8 Contact Center

  1. While logged in to Contact Center, click Menu.

  2. Click Help.
  3. Click Send Feedback.

  4. When you're done, click Submit and wait for the application to send the feedback.

Submitting a product enhancement request in Admin Console

  1. Click the account icon in the top right corner of your screen.

  2. Click Send Feedback.

  3. When you're done, click Send and wait for the application to send the feedback.
