Using 8x8 Application Panel 2.0

Details

The 8x8 Application Panel has been updated to version 2.0.  It works just like the old application panel but just looks different and has different tiles, graphics and in some cases product names.  Simply click on a tile to launch the application just as you did with the old application panel.

If you are not seeing the new application panel you may have the old application panel cached or are using a bookmarked link to the old application panel.  If this is the case you can use the link to the new application panel as shown below or you can clear your cache to see if that helps you bring up the new application panel.

The link will bring up the new Application Panel 2.0.  I'm only showing the top of the panel in the image below.

If you want to switch back to the old application panel for a limited time use the link at the end of the sentence at the top of the new Application Panel 2.0.  This link will be going away so please get used to using the new applicaiton panel.

New Application Tiles

The new tiles include the application graphic, the name of the application and a description of the application.  Below is the new tile for the Contact Center Agent application (previously known as Virtual Contact Center Agent.)

Application Name Changes

Several products have different names than they did on the old application panel.  Here is a table of the old and new names.
