ContactNow: Why can't I encrypt my call recording?

Answer

ContactNow provides customers with call recordings. Customers are free to listen and download them provided their storage period is within period. 

Once the call is offered what customers wish to do with it is up to them. If a customer wishes to encrypt the audio file using a third party software/program, they are free to do that.

However, 8x8 does not support any third party software/program for call recording encryption.
