Answer

A record will forever remain a new prospect until ti has had an agent interaction. the following are the available statuses for records:

  • New Prospect - Never had agent interaction
  • Needs More work - Had agent interaction and requires more actioning
  • Complete - Completed by Max attempts, Agent or customer request to add to DNC
  • Expired - Actioned by admin when expiring a dataset

Additional Information

There is a further status for needs more work and new prospect and those are with the HOLD appended to the front as follows and only indicates that the dataset is on hold.
