After I've ended a call, I'm unable to disposition it.
You'll need to top up your account as the balance is below £1.00.
If the balance on your ContactNow account balance is below the £1.00 threshold the system will prevent all incoming and outbound calls, which will also affect Agents attempting to disposition a record. If this is the case, your balance may look like this:
As an Admin, you can view your balance in the top right of any page. Click Top Up to apply balance to your account.
