Why are Manual Calls Showing as TPT?

Answer

If you take a look at the image below you will notice that the call was a 'Manual' call and yet the result is 'TPT'. As strange as this may seem, this is normal expected behavior. All manual calls will always display the result as 'TPT'

If you were trying to search/filter real TPT calls then you would need to make use of the 'Call Type'.
