ContactNow: AOD Agents Not Dialing Records Within Datasets

Making outgoing calls to records within datasets.

Procedure

Using "On Demand" as an authentication method for agent accounts does not allow for records within datasets to be automatically dialled.

In order for the automatic calls to be made, agents need to use one of the alternative presented login methods: Deskphone or Softphone.
