ContactNow: Removing Empty Records Before Import

Procedure

A common issue with Microsoft Excel documents is they can contain special unknown invalid characters which are not visible, but the ContactNow platform can identify them and interpret as valid records.

The resolution is to open the document which you are trying to import, scroll all the way down and delete the next empty rows, even if they do not display any data at all.

E.g.: In the situation where after uploading an Excel file via Database Management page you are presented with 10 extra empty records, scroll to the bottom of the file, identify the next set of empty rows and proceed with deleting it.
