ContactNow: View Your Recent Calls

The Calls tab on the Agent page displays a list of Recent Calls which can be used as an overview of the customers that have been spoken to in the last few days.

Click Load more at the bottom of the list to show 10 more items.

Click on a recent call from the list to show the actions. You can manually call a customersend an SMS, or Add a Note to a Customer Record.
