To Add a note to a Customer record while on a call, click the Customer record tab. This will give you the option to edit the customer's details or add notes.
The customer record tab will only appear if the customer's record already exists. The customer record tab is only visible while on an outbound call.
On a manual or inbound call you must first Search for a Customer Record or Add New Customer Record before you have the ability to leave a note.
Type a note and click Add to save it. If a note has been added previously, this will be displayed under the same section with the Agent name and date it was added.
