ContactNow: Graphical Analytics - Campaign (Contact Centre)

The new campaigns report will give you insight into how your contact centre performed within a specific campaign. You will be able to deep dive into useful information such as how many calls were made and how successful they were.

To access the Campaigns report, hover over the Analytics icon from the Navigation bar and click on Contact Centre then select Campaigns.

  • Select a Date Range – The date and time picker on the right will allow you to select a date and time range for your report. You can manually select the date range or select from the pre-defined date ranges listed.
  • Add a Filter – Select the data you want to view, and exclude the data you do not wish to see.
  • Visualise Data on a Graph - View your report in either pie or line graph format.
  • No Answer - Total number of outbound calls within a campaign that were unanswered by a person or an answer machine
  • Sales per Hour - Amount of sales made within a certain hour
  • Call Duration - Total duration of a connected call
  • Total Answered - Total number of answered calls
  • Answer Machines - Total number of calls connected to an answer machine
  • Total Calls - Total number of calls made
  • Total Completes - Total number of completed records from a campaign
  • Dead Lines - Total number of deadlines from a campaign
  • Total DMCs - Total number or decision making contacts that were contacted
  • Inbound Abandons - Total number of inbound calls which were abandoned
  • Manual Dials & TPTs - Total number of manual calls or third party transfer calls made
  • Outbound Abandons - Total number of outbound calls which were abandoned
  • Total Sales - Total number of sales from a campaign
  • Uncontacted - Total number of records that were uncontacted
  • Display data in a table - Deep dive into your reports and view your data in columns.
  • Export – Retrieve selected call reports in PDF, XLS and CSV format. All reports are printable by clicking Print report button.
