ContactNow: Assign Numbers to your Contact Centre

Direct Dial-In (DDI) numbers can be assigned to your contact centre, hover over the Configuration icon from the Navigation bar and select Allocate DDI.

The Allocate DDI feature allows you to obtain local numbers from most areas of the country on demand. The Allocate DDI Numbers page will show you a list of numbers available and you can choose to request them.
